Lesley opened her first branch in 2006, bringing over thirty years of estate agency experience and a genuine passion for customer service. Under her leadership, the company has gone from strength to strength, thriving even in an ever-changing market. It has earned an excellent reputation for selling and letting homes across Nottinghamshire, and Lesley proudly gives back to the community by supporting local charities.

Outside of work, Lesley enjoys a lively home life with her four grandchildren and her dog, Derek!

Jade has lived in Carlton for most of her life and now resides in her renovated 1930s home in Burton Joyce. Her early customer-facing roles helped her develop strong service skills that she’s carried into estate agency.

As our Senior Sales Progressor, Jade works tirelessly to ensure smooth, stress-free sales. She began her estate agency career at Lesley Greaves in 2020 and enjoys the varied, fast-paced nature of her role and the new challenges each day brings.

Lisa has lived in Gedling for Thirty years with her husband, two children, and their dog, Honey.

She also previously lived in Burton Joyce, giving her excellent local knowledge that supports her role as a valuer.

With experience as an estate agent and in the public sector, Lisa enjoys meeting and connecting with people.

In her spare time, she loves shopping, traveling, family time and walking her dog.

Louise brings over twenty years of property industry experience and exceptional local knowledge. Her commitment to outstanding customer service means clients are always in capable hands, she consistently goes the extra mile to deliver the best results. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Kelly has lived in Lowdham for five years with her husband and daughter. Originally from Sherwood, she has built extensive experience across Nottingham and Derbyshire. Starting her estate agency career in 2010 as a sales negotiator, she progressed to senior negotiator and valuer roles.

Her passion for the property market is evident in everything she does and she truly loves her work.

With over 20 years in the area, Lisa knows the local villages and towns inside out. She loves helping clients with her local insight.

Outside work, Lisa enjoys travelling, family time and relaxing at the piano.

Alison has worked in estate agency for over nine years, both as an accompanied viewer and a Lettings Administrator. She thoroughly enjoys her current role as a Lettings Administrator, where her attention to detail and bubbly personality make her a great fit with both the team and clients. Alison's favourite part of her role is meeting new tenants and helping them find their perfect home. Outside of work, she is a keen gardener, going for walks with her dog Amber and spending time with her family.

Amy enjoys the challenge of her role as the Lettings Administrator. Having always lived in Carlton, she possesses great local knowledge, which significantly aids her in her current position. With twelve years of experience in the energy industry, Amy decided it was time for a change. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and making memories.
